Ingredients for Clemenza Pot

Rough Italian bread
Hvedmel
Olive oil
Parmasanost
Salt
1canPeeled tomatoes
1Whole bottle of Red chanti
1dlBreadcrumbs
1Large onion
1-2tbspSugar
2Eggs
4cloveGarlic
500Minced beef
6Short coarse sausage (like kålpølser)

Instructions for Clemenza Pot

To prepare the Clemenza Pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Take 500 beef and knead the same with 2 pressed garlic cloves, 2 whole eggs, 1 dl. Rasp, chopped parsley (as desired), dried thyme, salt and pepper. And knead it all together well. Roll the meatballs in about 4cm in diameter. Roll them in wheat flour and brown them on a hot forehead in olive oil.
Do not make them completely finished when they are cooked in the pot and cook ready. Take the meatballs up and put them aside.

Take a little olive oil at the bottom of a large pot and cook 2 chopped garlic cloves. Then pour coarse carved onions together with the peeled tomatoes. Now pour whole wines into the pan and add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Now it's time to get sausages and meatballs in the pot. Let it simmer (not boil) for 1 to 1 1/2.

When the dish is finished, Parmesan cheese is on top and is eating rough bread
