Cucumber
Baby corn
Carrots
Kyllingfilet into strips or cubes
Pepper fruit
Salted peanuts
Taco spice mix Spice (santa maria)

Instructions for Cleva Lunch Salad (with chicken)

To prepare the Cleva Lunch Salad (with chicken) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken FRY in a little oil with Tace Spice Mix spice.
Pepper, cleaned and cut into thick slices.
Baby corn cut into smaller pieces.
Bell pepper and corn sautéed with on the pan for a few minutes.
Carrots and cucumbers cut into thin slices with a potato peeler.

Serve the salad on a plate. Then add the hot chicken, bell pepper and corn. Sprinkle with thin slices of carrot and cucumber. Sprinkle a small handful of peanuts over the salad.

Tips:
There is no set amount, since it should be up to the individual. I use 100 g of each self. I eat this salad for lunch every day, and can't do without it. It can be eaten hot or cold, and can easily be made the day before and included in the lunch box. You do not need to roast the vegetables. The salad can be varied easily with different vegetables, nuts and grains ... Regards Sue
