200gButter or margarine
25gAlmonds
300gWheat flour

Instructions for Cleva pulp

To prepare the Cleva pulp recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wheat flour, fat and icing are jumbled together into a uniform dough. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture.

The dough is divided into two equal parts, and one part add chopped almonds and the other cinnamon.

Each dejstykke is divided in three equal parts, which rolled out to finger thick rods ca. 35 cm's length. The three almond bars placed on a greased plate. Cinnamon bars added to these and press flat. Make a recess in the middle of each of the rods and fill it with apricot jam or other jam. Sprinkled with chopped almonds.

Bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees C Groove in 12 minutes.

When the bars are cooled slightly, cut off in oblique pulp, ca. 30 PCs.
