Instructions for Coarse buns (low fat)

To prepare the Coarse buns (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and add salt. Then add the meal gradually.
Pour the dough into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (it is very good if it has been overnight). Then use a spoon so the dough is laid like a stick on the baking sheet.
The balls are baked at approx. 200 degrees, about 20-25 minutes (how they got a little color)
