1dlSunflower seeds
1-1.5kgWheat flour
2dlGrahams
2dlSugar
2dlYouhurt (plain or vanilla)
3dlOatmeal
3tspSalt
5dlHot water
75gYeast

Instructions for Coarse buns with youghurt

To prepare the Coarse buns with youghurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

KOm yeast, oil, salt, sugar, youhurt and water in a large bowl.
Add oatmeal, sunflower seed, flaxseed and grahamsmel and stir well so the yeast is completely dissolved.
Bring flour and knead the dough well. It may be a little sticky.

Let it rise for about 30 minutes in the bowl.

Form it for buns. About 24 pcs depending on the size you choose to make them.
