2-3Bananas
3dlWhipped cream
3Large eggs
60gPotato flour

Instructions for Cocoa roulade

To prepare the Cocoa roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven turns on.

Whipped cream and bananas, cut into slices.

Eggs and sugar whipped light and fluffy. Flour, potato flour, antler salt and cocoa sifted and invert gently in the eggs. The dough spread out in baking pan about 30 x 40 cm. which is lined with baking paper.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. The bottom is cooled for 3 minutes and invert onto a piece of wax paper with sugar. Cream foam to be allocated to rouladen with bananas. Rouladen rolled, packaged into wax paper with ella sticks around and made to cool.

Tips:
By serving can rouladen garnish with whipped cream.
