2Egg yolk, pasteurised
4dlCoconut milk, great canned

To prepare the Coconut (Helado de Coco) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg whites stiff.

Whip the egg yolks lightly and foaming the sugar and stir the coconut milk.

Gently turn the stewed white in and bring the mixture into a freezer.

Put the coconut cream in the freezer. Turn around a few times before freeze completely stiff.

The ice can be served with thin strips of coconut roasted golden on a dry pan, as well as fresh strawberries.
