Ingredients for Coconut noodle soup

1 bk. bean sprouts
2 cloves crushed garlic
200 gr. noodles
300 Gr. shredded chicken meat
Fresh coriander
½lChicken broth
1tbspFish sauce
1tbspTurmeric
1tspCrushed lemon grass
1tbspCrushed ginger
2tbspPeanut oil
2tbspLime juice
2tbspRed curry paste
dlCoconut milk
8pcsSpring onions

Instructions for Coconut noodle soup

To prepare the Coconut noodle soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The noodles are boiled according to instructions, drained and set aside.
At the same time the oil is heated in a saucepan and the chicken pieces are switched approx. 3 min.
Add lemongrass, crushed garlic, curry paste and turmeric.
Step for approx. 1 min.
Add the remaining ingredients except the coriander and allow the soup to boil.
After approx. 2 min. Add chopped chilli peppers.
The noodles are put in deep plates and the soup is poured over.

The soup is eaten easier if the noodles are shared with a knife or scissors, and then it does not spray too easily on your clothes or table.
