To prepare the Coconutballs I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Coconut flour, flour meal, vanilla and cocoa are mixed and stirred with egg whites into a solid mass that is ballooned.

The spheres are turned into coconut flour while still hand warm.

They are dried for a few hours at room temperature and stored in dense cans layered with parchment paper.
