Instructions for Cod fillet with crisp hat

To prepare the Cod fillet with crisp hat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauté onions and garlic in butter. It should not take color. Sprinkle flour and stir, add the milk gradually while stirring and let it boil. Add the mushrooms cut into quarters and let them boil for a couple of minutes. Season with lemon peel, salt and pepper and add the rinsed capers.

Cut fish fillets into portion sizes and spread them in a greased ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over.

Rasp mix with the cracked cheese. Pour this over the fish mixture and cover with thin slices of butter.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. Half an hour (the surface must be golden and crisp).

Serve with bread and salad.
