Instructions for Cold avocado soup with crabmeat

To prepare the Cold avocado soup with crabmeat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Halve the avocados, remove the stone (this is easily done by chopping a sharp knife in the stone and then twisting the stone out), take the meat out with a spoon and cut it into small cubes. Blend avocado, juice of a lime, sweet chili and ¾ of the boullionen (use the last part of the boullionen to adjust consistency, remember that there will be 1 dl cream in.). Whip the cream in the soup and season with salt and pepper. Let the soup pull ½ hour in the refrigerator.

cut 4 both of lime, Cut spring onion finely and mix it with coriander leaves. Serve the soup with a spoon of sour cream, a little spring onion/cilantro, crab meat and finally a boat of lime.

Tips:
Is it not for crab meat, it can be replaced by shrimp. Please also be aware that it is not everyone who likes the taste of cilantro, and in such cases it should be omitted.
