250gFrozen peas

The soup should be prepared just before serving.

Cut the washed cucumber into smaller pieces. Blend pieces together with the frozen peas and wine. Add the cream and the chopped Mint. Season with salt.

Server the soup immediately, when the peas are to remain frozen.

Garnish with fresh mint.
