To prepare the Cold potato soup with peas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into appropriate pieces together with the onion. FRY both of butter in a saucepan. Add the broth and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Let the soup cool and blend it. Add the frozen peas and blend everything to a suitable consistency. Season to taste with cream and spices.

Server the soup right away, since the frozen peas to remain frozen.
