To prepare the Colored bulgur recipe, please follow these instructions:

The tomatoes are soaked for a few hours and chopped. The bulges are poured into 3 dl boiling water added to a dry salt. It simmer under low 10 min, after which it is removed from the heat. Chopped tomatoes, peas, corn and oil are stirred in. The bulgur draws another 10 min. Under cover.

Bring garlic cloves into the oil and turn it into the bulgus just before serving.
