To prepare the Cookies 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop chocolate coarsely. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs with an electric beater. Mix the flour, vanilliesukker and baking soda. Tube melblandingen with butter then stir the whole mass and hazelnut kernels ogchokoladen. Roll out dough to about 18 balls, add a little more flour if the dough is possibly too sticky. Set cakes on a baking sheet with good spacing between and behind them in about 15 min at 200 degrees
