Ingredients for Core Bread

Broken buckwheat kernels and flaxseed, sunflower seeds, a total of 2 ½ dl (50% sunflower, 35% 15% buckwheat, flaxseed)
Oil
1tbspSalt
25gYeast
5dlWater
500gFlour

Instructions for Core Bread

To prepare the Core Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil flaxseed, buckwheat and sunflower in 4 dl water for approx. 5 minutes. Let it cool until it is hand warm. Dissolve the yeast in a little of the mixture, add the rest of the mixture and the water, as well as salt. Stir flour until the dough has a suitable consistency.

Let the dough raise for 1½ hours a warm place covered with a damp cloth. Put the dough and put it in a (possibly two) greased breadcrumb. Allow to mow and cover for 30 minutes. Brush with a mixture of eggs and a little cold water. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake approx. 30 minutes at 225 degrees.
