Instructions for Corsicaner steak

To prepare the Corsicaner steak recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken tomatoes and peel them or use canned tomatoes-finely chop them.

Chop the onion and garlic. Halve the olives.

Close the steaks by frying them lightning fast on the Pan in olive oil at 200 degrees. Lower the saw to 175 degrees and give the steaks two-three minutes more on each side. Set the steaks aside on a preheated dish.
