½tspBaking soda
½dlOil (to fry in)
1Bottle cantadou hvidløgsost
1tspSalt
1 ½dlWater
dlWheat flour
dlCorn flour

Instructions for Cowboy bread (Trangia)

To prepare the Cowboy bread (Trangia) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour and salt in a bowl and pour water in.

Spread the dough for approx. 4 minutes, add a little extra flour if it stick.

Form the dough with floured hands for 2 cakes.

Pour oil into the pan so it covers the bottom and when the oil is hot, brush the two cakes of golden brown approx. 2 minutes on each side at low thermal heating.

Let the bread cool a little and butter the cheese.
