Instructions for Crêps suzette

To prepare the Crêps suzette recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a thin, smooth pandekagedej of the sifted flour, a little salt, vanilla sugar, eggs and milk, and behind some 16 small thin pancakes.

Stir the butter with icing, orange or tangerine zest and juice (so much juice, as the butter can record) and the liqueur. Spread this mixture in addition to the warm crepes and fold them together in 4.

Sprinkle with sifted icing and pour an already warmed curacao, grand marnier or contreau. Flamber and server burning.
