Instructions for Craftsmen 02

To prepare the Craftsmen 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and then add enough flour to the dough to knead by hand. Add staples of salt and sugar.

Spread the dough for approx. 5 minutes after which you add the butter. Add continuous flour and butter so that the dough gets thicker without stiffening.

Take the dough out and lay it on a messy table. After approx. 10 minutes of kneading, the dough should be soft, elastic and smooth and should be able to release your hand without any problems.

Grease a little oil into a high bowl and turn the dough into this.

The dough must now stand for approx. 4 hours at room temperature or colder or until it's raised to min. Twice the original size.

Pour the dough onto a mashed table, push the dough together and divide it into three pieces and form three long loaves of approx. 35-40 cm. Cut eight pieces of each of the three loaves, with a slant cut from right to left and then left to right so that each new bread has a wide and a narrow side. Place the rolls on a plate of baking paper and allow them to adhere to a minimum double size.

Before baking brush the crafts with eggs and sprinkle with birch or sesame seeds.

Behind the craftsmen on a shelf far down the oven at about 220 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.

When the craftsmen are well brown you can possibly. Cover them with aluminum foil.
