Instructions for Crawfish soup
To prepare the Crawfish soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Vegetables chop finely and FRY in a little oil/margarine. Boil until tender in water spiked with fish broth.
Sour cream and processed cheese are added and the soup is boiling up. Crayfish added. Then the soup must not boil.
Served with flüte
Tips:
A really delicious soup. Crayfish aftertaste. Can possibly. replaced by shrimp.
