Instructions for Cream baked potatoes

To prepare the Cream baked potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring cream, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to a boil in a large, thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the potatoes and cook them on low heat and under the lid for approx. 7 min.-stir occasionally.

Pour the whipped potatoes in a baking dish (approximately 7 x 21 x 26 cm) and behind them in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C alm. oven.
