The potatoes are peeled and cut into very thin slices.

The potatoes are layered in a greased refractory dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary between the layers.

The peeled tomatoes and the cream poured over the potatoes.

The dish is covered with foil and put in a preheated oven of 200 degrees approx. 50 min.

The foil is removed from the dish and the potatoes are baked again approx. 15 min. Until they have a light brown surface.
