Instructions for Cream truffles

To prepare the Cream truffles recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the 175 g chocolate finely. Cook then cream up and add the chopped chocolate and cointreauen. Now to the mass being cooled down until it is almost stiff. So touching it lightly in the mass and squirts the then out in small tops. The peaks overdrawn with dark chocolate and garnish with light or white chocolate.
