1tbspRed curry paste
1tbspVegetable oil
2.5dlCoconut milk
50gGritty peanut butter
500gChicken breast fillet, diced without skin

To prepare the Creamy peanut chicken/wok recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or sauté pan. Add the curry paste and FRY for 1 minute. Stir in Diced Chicken and sauté them golden brown in 4-5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except lemon boats and boil up.

Turn down the heat and let simmer without lid in 10-12 minutes for the sauce begins to tykne.

Server Court with steaming, long grain rice and lemon both.
