Heat the oil in a wok or sauterpande. Add curry paste and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the chicken wire and saute them golden brown for 4-5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except lemon boats and boil. Turn down the flare and simmer without lid for 10-12 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Serve the dish with steam-boiled, long grain rice and lemon boats.
