1tspBaking soda
1dlPumpkin seeds
1dlOatmeal
1dlFlax seed
1dlOil (use up to 1 1/4 dl. If dough does not hang properly together)
1dlSesame seeds
1dlSunflower seeds
2dlWater
2.5tspFine salt (experiment)
3dlWheat flour

To prepare the Crispbread Crackers recipe, please follow these instructions:

All ingredients are mixed together.

The dough is divided into 2 equal parts

Roll out one by one between 2 pieces of baking paper

Subsequently you "research" in large pieces one wishes by using a pizza wheel. (I usually roll 4 x 4 with the wheel per plate)
