Atamon or spirits to rinse the glass
Freshly ground pepper
0.5Red onion
1dlApple cider vinegar
1tbspYellow mustard seeds
1Salad cucumber
1tbspDried dill tips
100gSugar

Instructions for Cucumber relish

To prepare the Cucumber relish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the cucumber into onions into tiny cubes. Give the vinegar a rehash with water, sugar and mustard seeds. Pour the vegetables in, and let it all cook for about 1 minute. Add the dill tips, and relishen to taste with freshly ground pepper. Pour agurkerelishen on scalded glass flushed with Atamon or spirits, and close the glasses with the same.

Eat relishen to everything from liver paté to hot dogs.
