To prepare the Curry mussels recipe, please follow these instructions:

Drain the mussels and toss them in the beaten eggs, mix the bread crumbs with salt and curry powder and toss the mussels in it. Fry the whole thing in butter in a frying pan, keep for they become crispy and light brown in the breadcrumbs. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of parsley and a citronbåd, grate like bread.
