Ingredients for Curry soup with chicken

Scallions or chives
White pepper
Red Curry
Butter
Tomato puree (not concentrated)

1bottleCheap white wine (7 dl)
1trayMushrooms (sliced)
1Chili
1trayCream cheese (neutral)
1Vegetable bouillon cube
1Chicken bouillon cube
1trayChicken pieces with skins
1Rosemary sprig
14dlChicken Fund
2Carrots
2cloveGarlic
2Onion
2Thyme sprigs
2-3Peppers (diced)
3Bay leaves
5Peppercorn
7dlMilk

Instructions for Curry soup with chicken

To prepare the Curry soup with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fry the chicken pieces in the Pan, about 5 mins so greasy fry from.

Coarsely chop the ingredients for the Fund, and put them in a soup pot with chicken pieces and 2 litres of water. Cook approx. 1.5 hour

Take the chicken pieces and pour the Fund through a colander and toss vegetables etc. away.

Melt a large knob of butter in soup pot, and saute the chopped onion, mushrooms and bell pepper along with 1 good TSP Red Curry

Add wine, stock and milk and cook up.

Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, ½-1 dl of tomato puree and stir flødeosten into the soup. Smooth with meljævning. Season with white pepper, salt, tomato paste and curry powder until it is good strong and spicy. EVS. Chili if you want it stronger.

Arrow the meat from the chicken pieces and toss it in the soup.

Serve with roasted bacon and chopped scallions or chives on top.
