150gDaimbar
2tspVanilla sugar
200gButter
3tbspWater
300gWheat flour

Instructions for Daim Cookies

To prepare the Daim Cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir soft butter, brown dough, sugar and egg well together in a bowl and then stir water and Daim chopped daim or whole daim balls.

Mix wheat flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda, place it in the butter mixture and mix well.

Put the dough on a floured table and divide it into two pieces. Roll each portion into a sausage (about 40 cm).
Cut each sausage into 24 slices and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Push it slightly flat (about 5cm in diameter).

Bake 6-8 minutes. In a 225 degree heated oven (hot air 200 degrees).
