2Double dajm
2dlCoarsely chopped almonds
2tspPowder coffee
3Egg yolks
3Egg whites
3dlBrown sugar
5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Daimis with caramel base

To prepare the Daimis with caramel base recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ice:
Whip the cream stiff and whip egg yolks in one at a time. Whip sugar and stir the coffee. Crush the Dajm and mix it in.

Bottom:
Whip the whites, pour into silence while whipping. Turn the almonds in. Squeeze the dough in a round shape approx. 26-28 cm. Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 150 c. Cool and bank flat flat.
