Instructions for Daimmuffins

To prepare the Daimmuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

The butter is melted, cooled and stirred well with sugar. Egg stirred in. Nuts and Daimen chopped and 3/4 mixed with the flour. The rest is saved for garnish.

Baking soda and vanilla sugar sifted and turned into egg mixture. Add the milk and eventually the Piebald fill. The dough is distributed in 9 muffin tins.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees C alm. oven.

The hot muffins garnish with remaining chopped nuts and Daim.
