Instructions for Dalgas pot

To prepare the Dalgas pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

The tenderloin is freed for seniors and cut into small steaks (about 8-10 per sirloin), baked in oil in a frying pan or wok.

Add onions in half rings, mushrooms in slices and peppers in strips. Stir until it is golden.

Add curry to be swapped for a moment. The flour is turned in and stirred around.

Finally add broth and cream and cook for a further 5 minutes and then add salt and pepper.

Appetite: Serve with loose rice and spoon with crispy bacon, watercress and tomato.
