Instructions for Dark rye bread

To prepare the Dark rye bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is fermented in malt beer. Honey, oil, salt, rye flour and wheat flour are added. Keep some of the flour back. The dough is covered with a dish and extends for approx. 1½ hours.

The dough is well kneaded. The dough is formed into a large bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet and add for approx. 45 min.

The bread is cut along with a sharp knife and brushed with water.

The bread is baked for approx. 35 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the second oven oven.

When the bread is baked, place it on a grate and cool.

The bread can be eaten when it is cold.
