100gButter, diced
2,5dlBrown sugar
2,5dlWheat flour

To prepare the Deep fried banana with caramel sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Term the flour in a medium bowl and make a recess the middle.

Add egg and mineral water. Stir all of the moisture is absorbed and dough is smooth.

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan. Dip banana pieces in the batter a few at a time and let the excess batter drip off.
