To prepare the Deep fried chewy with sour-sweet sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sejfileterne, rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets into the surfaces. Turn them first in the beaten egg and then in potato flour. Shake off excess flour, and fry the fillets in the heat oil in a saucepan/frying, until golden. Take them up and let them drain on fat sucking paper.

Sauté the onion-cut, slice peppers cut into cubes and pineapple cubes a few minutes in a little oil.

Mix a sauce of vinegar, water, sugar, tomato puree and potato flour. Mix the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and bring it all to a boil while stirring.
