Peanut oil for frying
Salt
1tspFreshly grated ginger root
1Small red and green bell peppers
2Egg whites
2tbspJapanese soy sauce
2tbspMaizenamel
2tbspSake or dry sherry
500gChicken meat without bones

Instructions for Deep fried chicken

To prepare the Deep fried chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into approximately 3 cm cubes. Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and let the meat pull therein in 20 minutes.

Halve the peppers. Remove the seeds, and stick-out star with a star shape.

For the dough: beat the egg whites semi-rigid. Stir gently maizenamel and a little salt in with a whisk.

Let the meat drain away, Pat it dry, and turn it into maizenamel. Heat abundant oil to 160 degrees in a large pot. Deep fat fry the pepper stars therein in approximately 1/2 minutes, and let them drain on kitchen paper.

Turn the pieces of meat in the batter and fry them in a batch operation in oil in 4 minutes. Let them drain on paper towels and serve them along with stars carved of Bell Peppers.
