Ingredients for Deep fried marinated tofu

Brown riseddike
Fine sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Salad
Tamari
1tbspExtra virgin olive oil
1tbspFreshly squeezed organic lemon juice
1tbspGinger powder
1Organic cucumber, cut into thin strips
1Organic fennel, cut into paper thin slices
1Organic beetroot, cut into rough cubes
1tbspDried chilli, crushed
2Organic carrots, shredded with a thin peeler
3cloveOrganic garlic, crushed and finely chopped
440gTofu naturel, cut into small cubes
5-6dlCold pressed sesame oil

Instructions for Deep fried marinated tofu

To prepare the Deep fried marinated tofu recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat ginger powder and extra virgin olive oil together in a small bowl and turn the 1/4 of tofuen therein.

Whip dried chilli and extra virgin olive oil together in a small bowl and turn the 1/4 of tofuen therein.

Combine genuine tamari and 1/4 of tofuen in a small bowl.

Beat the garlic and extra virgin olive oil together in a small bowl and toss the last tofu in it.

Tofuen let marinate 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Scrape the marinade from tofu pieces.

Heat the sesame oil in a wok and dybsteg tofu strips 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Take them up of the oil and let them drain on a rack or a paper towel.

Salad: turn the cucumber, carrots, beetroot and fennel in lemon juice, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Server tofu with fresh vegetables and a bowl of genuine tamari and a bowl of Brown riseddike to dip in.
