1-2tbspGood olive oil
2tspDried oregano
200gChorizo in thin slices (Spanish paprika sausage)
dlWater 30 degrees c
25gYeast
3dlTomato sauce/pizza sauce
300gGrated mozzarella cheese
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Deep Pan Pizza with chorizo

To prepare the Deep Pan Pizza with chorizo recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix the rest along with the water, save, however, flour to knead. Knead the dough a lot – and sprinkle a little flour on and cut a cross and let dough raise any cellophane a half an hour.
