To prepare the Delicious easy Hindbærærte recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crush the butter (room temperature) into the flour and then mix with sugar and egg

Stir the dough and put it on the fridge for 30 minutes. (Can also stand overnight)

Roll 2/3 parts of the dough and cover a normal size pie.

Tear the marcipan and spread it over the bottom. Then crush the macrons and spread them over the bottom. (You may add more macros as you may think). Finally put a layer of raspberries

The rest of the dough is made into strips to cross the cake.

Bake the pie for 20 min. At 200 degrees

The cake is served (like lukewarm) with whipped cream, creme fraise or ice cream.
