Fresh Berry aftertaste – eg raspberries blueberries or blackberries
a littleChopped chocolate
10gVanilla sugar
20gCream powder
200gWheat flour
250gButter
250gSugar
4Eggs
5gBaking soda
70gHaribo mini chamallows

To prepare the Delicious muffins with berries, Chammalows filling and -topping recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, cream powder, vanilla sugar and baking soda in the same bowl. Stir the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs slightly at a time and stir well. Mix it all together and stir the dough well.

Finally, turn the HARIBO Mini Chamallows into the dough. Use a spray bag or spoon and fill the dough into 12 muffin molds.

Carefully push your berries down the top of the molds just before baking.
Behind 170 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.

65 g HARIBO Chamallows
25 g orange juice
The reef peel from ½ orange (unsprayed)
1 egg white
30 g sugar

Cake orange juice, orange peel and your HARIBO Chamallows in a thickened pot and melt it all to an even puff of low heat. Set the mass to cool. Whip the egg whites stiff, add sugar and whip it whole pinch.
Gently turn the egg whites into the cooled Chamallows mass and let it all sit down.
Sprinkle or butter the topping on the baked muffins and sprinkle with a little chopped chocolate.
