The yeast is mixed in a little water.

When the yeast has dissolved, add the rest of the water and butter-milk along with salt, brown sugar, flaxseed and wheat bran.

Stir the same and stands covered approximately 2 hours.

Then stir the wheat flour in the dough, which is kneaded well through and elevates in a cool place until the next day.

The dough is distributed in 2 buttered moulds and following raises in 2 – 3 hours in a warm place.
