To prepare the Dinner muffins with ham and vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

The lid is peeled and chopped fine. The peppers are rinsed, the kernels are removed and cut into small terns. The squash is also flushed and cut into small pieces.

The egg is whipped together. Add yogurt, cream and oil and stir well.

Mix the flour with baking soda, soda, spices, salt and pepper.

Add the eggs to the vegetables and the ham and stir together. The flour mixture is added and stirred until a uniform dough occurs. Do not touch more than necessary.

The dough is divided into muffin molds and baked in the middle of a preheated oven for approx. 20 min at 180 degree hot air oven.
