Ingredients for Diplomat cake

Whipped cream
Torn shell of 1 lemon
1.5dlMilk
2dlSweet raspberry juice
2-moulded TSP. baking soda
235gSugar
250gButter or margarine
3Eggs
3tbspPowder sugar
3-4Apples
350gWheat flour

Instructions for Diplomat cake

To prepare the Diplomat cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter or margarine and sugar is stirred together. Herein is complied with the egg yolks, one at a time. The grated lemon rind, gluten, baking soda and milk is stirred in alternately. Eventually the stiftpiskede whites.

Muffin cups or large lens molds greased well and sprinkled with powder sugar on the bottom. The apples were peeled off. Cut into slices, cooked until tender in raspberry juice and put it down in the molds. The dough is poured over. The molds are filled 2/3 up.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees c.

Invert the cakes out of the molds, when they are well lukewarm. Cut the cakes to so that they can stand straight.

Serve with red apples and served with ice cold whipped cream.
