Instructions for Donuts 02

To prepare the Donuts 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lean the milk and stir the yeast out.
Flour mixed with salt, sugar and cardamom.

tips:
You can use any kind of oils or grease for this - but I thought that friture is the best. I have missed too much cardamom - but it is taste and pleasure. The dough is super good for freezing. I just let them lie on the baking paper and freeze them. Then in a freezer bag. When they need to be used, I take them up a couple of hours before and put them on baking paper. In fact, they become more delicious and airy after freezing.
