Instructions for Doomsday-bouritos

To prepare the Doomsday-bouritos recipe, please follow these instructions:

Prayers for the patient: in court used never boil them to death, or baked beans from the can of beans. Billy Cross recommends to make his own prayers on this show. Let half a kilo of beans (the dark red kidney beans) stand in soft in plenty of water overnight. The next day they are cooked in the same water 1-2 hours-until they are very soft. From cookers can add salt, onion, bacon or whatever you feel like. It helps all. From this point the beans are processed as canned beans.

Salsa: Chop a half onion, 2 tomatoes, a garlic clove, 3-7 strong chillier (depending on taste) and two kviske fresh cilantro. Add a teaspoon of crushed coriander seeds and two tablespoons of vinegar, one tablespoon of sugar, a little salt up pepper. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least an hour.

Burrito: crush the cumin, cloves, cardamom, coriander seeds, chilli powder and two cloves of garlic in a mortar to form a coherent pasta, chop the rest of the onions. Warm the fat in a frying pan to almost smoking, fry the spices for a few minutes. Add the cooked beans/canned beans and FRY for 10 minutes to the back burner. Moses the beans with a fork on the forehead and the onions are added, then placed the bean mass in a bowl for later use. Warm gently four meltortillaer on the forehead on both sides. They must not be crisp. Spread a portion of the bean mass out on each tortilla, sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro and roll them together as pancake packages. Put the torpedo-shaped burritoer on a heat-proof dish and sprinkle them with grated cheese and a few jalapeno-chillies. Set them in a 200-degree warm oven for 5 minutes or to the cheese is melted. Take them out of the oven, spread a thin layer of craime fraiche on top and then a few spoonfuls salsa. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
