Instructions for Double baked potatoes

To prepare the Double baked potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bake potatoes in oven/micro on until tender. Cut a hole of about 3 x 3 cm on the one hand, and grave potato mass out. Let, however, ½-1 cm sit along the skin, so the potato does not coincide.
Whip the potato mass from all potatoes with håndmikseren until it is completely without any lumps. Add all ingredients and whisk it all together.
Put the mass in an icing bag and spray it all back in the potatoes. Make a high top on the potatoes. Garnish with almond flakes.
Bake at 200 degrees for the almonds on top will be golden (approximately 25 minutes)

Tips:
Can be made without margarine to be more fat. Add pre-cooked bacon cubes or ham cubes if necessary to potato mass before it is injected into the potatoes, then you have a light their own pickle.
