1Eggs
1tspBaking soda
1Red chili
1tspSalt
1tbspSoy sauce
100gCorn
2tbspOil
250gWheat flour
3Spring onions
5Mushrooms

Instructions for Dumplings

To prepare the Dumplings recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the mushrooms, scallions and chili. Stir-fry it all in a very warm wook or forehead for about 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce. Boil the liquid is evaporated.
Portion dough into 24 pieces. Form them into buns. Roll them out until they have a diameter of approx. 5 cm. insert 1 tsp. fill in each.
