Instructions for Dumplings in Curry (low-fat)

To prepare the Dumplings in Curry (low-fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meatballs: mix together oatmeal, flour and spices together in a bowl. Stir the liquid, chopped onion and egg in. Mix it well. Add stuffing and stir well. Forcemeat must be so fast that it can be shaped into buns.

Bring the salt water to a boil in a wide saucepan. Turn down the heat so the water does not play boils. Dip a dessert spoon in the boiling water and form buns with spoon. Put them in the boiling water. Cook only 1 layer buns at a time. Cook the dough balls on a low heat about 5 minutes, until they feel firm. Take them up with a slotted spoon and place them in a sieve, boil the rest of the dough balls.

Sauce: heat oil in a pan and "burn" by karryen. Add the water from dough balls and a little milk. Stir the corn flour in cold water and smooth the sauce up with this. Boil the sauce through ca. 10 minutes. Flavor it with spices. Add the meatballs.

Tips:
Server rice and broccoli to (possibly potatoes).
